Hi – I’m Rex Dixon!  Other being the Grill-Master if Give Me A Friggin Break, I am also the main writer and owner of Technically Speaking blog site.

I’m a former IT consultant that was basically put out in the cold back in 2002.  I figured since they won’t Give Me A Friggin Break and let me back into the “club”, I may as well write about it as well as podcast about it as well as put together a site that is friggin fun to use.

I find this more amusing actually, and less stressful then working for the companies that paid well when times were good, and were just as quick to say “See ya!” when the economic times started to get rough.

I am a person of many talents and look forward to being around the internet for quite some time. I may as make the most of it. I also may as well have fun at it too!

Now, I am bring to everyone’s attention all of the stuff on the internet that is down right asking for you to Give Me A Friggin Break… 

GiveMeAFrigginBreak, LLC was formed from the many, many emails and SkyPe calls Scot Duke and I have had over the years since we met out in cyberspace.  Our collaboration on this venture developed into us quickly realize from that there are way too many sites or stuff out on the internet that are just screaming for someone to give us a friggin break.

So naturally what else were we to call this friggin venture but,

Scot Duke            Second Mule

 

Hello everyone…yes, I am second mule in the GiveMeAFrigginBreak mule team that RD has put together.  You know, the second mule is always the one who catches all of the whipping the first mule jumps out of he way of…plus the second mule’s view isn’t always pleasant.   But the second mule does get to see where the frig the train is going and he keeps the first mule from getting out of line…

 

But enough of the barnyard analogies…  I bring my 32 years of operations management and my training to providing innovative solutions to business development to GiveMeAFrigginBreak.  Plus my sense of humor drives a lot of the content you are will be seeing on this site.

 

I am currently the President of Innovative Business Golf Solutions, LLC, a business development company showing business people the advantages and benefits of how business golf can be used to make a positive impact towards improving the bottom-line.  Plus, I am the author of How To Play Business Golf.

 

If there is one thing I have learned over the many years of being in corporate America is that having fun in business is very rare.  So, I want to help people find ways to have fun and the Give Me A Friggin Break site really provides a release for those of you who want to have fun…so, Give Me A Friggin Break for me wanting to have fun…see, that was fun and didn’t hurt a bit.

Hello all!  Yes I am the designated Celebrity Geek of GiveMeAFrigginBreak and I will be bringing you the Friggin Break Videocast that tells you about all of the stuff I have found that really needs for someone to Give Me A friggin break.

Being one of RD’s contributing bloggers on Technically Speaking has provided me plenty of opportunities to run into all kinds of stuff on the internet while looking for sites or subjects to blog about.

And believe me, I know what needs a friggin break.  From my early years in South St Louis City from when I was California I have seen plenty of stuff that qualifies me to know what really needs to be brought to your attention so you can Give Me A friggin break.

Now with me attend college and running my own business, I am really running into to a lot of stuff to bring to you that is just plan weird and impossible to understand why anyone is posting it on the internet.
